I'm in Canada- studied MS at UF and worked as Mech Engineer in FL for 9 yrs- but not employed now- so the US Govt. won't let me back in to visit- they suspect I'll stay back illegally. Economy in Canada is so restrictive- have to change careers. Planning to go to medical school. Hope once I'm enrolled and get my citizenship papers, travel across the border would be easier.

@Randi Neff Beacon Fabric-Tac is one of my favorite glues! 😊 For some reason, I forgot to use it at the beginning, but I used it to glue the little shutters at the end. It makes it so much faster and easier! Is the 3 in 1 similar to the Fabri-tac? Big hug and love 🤗💝
@@CarolinasCreationsHandmade yes it is. I bought it at Hobby Lobby I just needed a cool glue. I did not want to use a hot glue all the time. Even though Dollar Tree sells pink finger protectors, I tried it n I love it. On those houses I did dif color shutters n window bars, I used mini bells n chocolate bars. I made ur idea my own. The basic gable box is all I used for the base. Then I decorated. I made my own cocoa bombs as well

Today he went grocery shopping and found small bottle brush trees and immediately took pictures. I will go next week to check. You guys get them in the hundreds and yet here it's so difficult to find a tiny tree to make a snow globe. This week we reached 33 degrees Celsius. Not sure what that is in Fahrenheit. This weekend has been cool and rainy and I love it. I'm not a big Summer person. I love Winter, maybe because I was born on July which is the heart of Winter here. Enough rambling. Thankfully, he’s very supportive of my love for crafting and I’m so happy yours is, too! We get a lot of those little trees here, but it’s crazy how much they charge for them! Thank you so much for doing the conversion for me! I can imagine Summer temperatures over there may be similar to FL. In the pick of it, it can get over 100F! I don’t really mind the heat, but the humidity is what kills me. It gets pretty muggy. Especially when it gets in the 80s. I don’t like 80% humidity! 🙈 It’s nice that is Winter for your birthday! South Africa looks like a lovely Country. I hope I get to visit one day. How’s your Shark population? I think you have some of the same issues we have with sharks here. Seeing animals like our Big 5 (lion, elephant, leopard, Buffalo and rhino ) in their natural habitat is the most amazing experience.
Love this idea! Going to make a few in the fall, they are so cute. In 2019 there was a hot cocoa mug packet for craft fairs. It had a free template and an e-mail address to send for it. I was going to make some of these for the kids for Easter but can't seem to get the template. Any ideas? Love all your crafty ideas.

Ok I just did the conversion. It's 93 degrees Fahrenheit. And it gets hotter in December
