There isn't really a rotation with zerk just use cyclone and thunderstrike off cd and try keep the cyclone stacks up, join the zerk discord there is plenty of better players in there who have put guides out on it all

I ended up getting 2 stacks of the debuff here and died instead of the tank taking the debuff which would cause a huge bleed while tanking
