Tried my new Stealth Bar 2day...Used the small rope hook in for freeride session and WOW its made a great harness even better...Set and forget..Love it.
Looks great, So you can buy a kit that convert the surf model into a hook model and vice versa ? Have you got the conversion kit in stock ? And how much does this kit cost ? Also if you just want to boost high jumps and maybe some surfing, but no intention in ever unhooking, would you recommend the surf bar or would the hook be better for jumping?
It will always be easier to jump with the hook as that is what you are most likely used too already, probably the best option would be to buy the hook model and then just buy the rope and fit it and try it also.
@@vikingh3008 we are waiting on the price of the Dyneema rope but probably around the £15 I should guess, if it's a Medium Majestic X then most likely the medium spreader bar at 28cm but measure yours too!
There is no knife you will need to add the Mystic hook knife in the pouch. It is no problem "wiggling around" in the air, it really is way more locked in than any other combination.
Hi Marc, quick question regarding seat harnesses and foiling, I recently stole my mates old seat harness and was surprised to find riding toeside far easier, people on the South Coast are saying seat harnesses help you learn foil toeside more quickly as you can use your weight more against the kite giving you more stability, do you agree with this line of thinking?
I've personally not tried foiling with the seat harness but I see a lot of the pro racers use them and it makes perfect sense, Mystic make a foil specific seat harness too. www.blastkiteboarding.co.uk/mystic-foil-seat-harness/
@@MrBlastkiteboarding I've been wanting to ask about that harness, where is the leash attachment point? I can't see anything on the back nor a ring on the front?
@@bring_everything most people attach the leash where the rope is tied at the one end of the spreader or Mystic now sell a small metal "adaptive leash eye" suitable for the Stealth Spreader here: www.blastkiteboarding.co.uk/mystic-leash-adaptive-eye/
I have just heard from Mystic, the only way to have both is too have the fixed hook stealth and then add the rope in the holes already on the bar. (The hook is fixed part of the stealth so cannot be added or removed)

I had to use my old harness yesterday while someone demo'd our Majestic with Stealth bar....there is no going back!
