Base was sent that way to evenly distribute along envelope I’d assume I’ve noticed when it’s a bigger envelope that’s not filled completely they can get jammed when it’s pwe that’s why I like to use small envelopes for 1 card

Sometimes yes, a lot of times I just watch the auctions and if I come across a card I like I put in a bid, just try to keep my cost down as low as possible! Hope that helps, let me know if you have any other questions.
