Paprica, cominho, pimenta, alho, Salsa, cebola, coentro, sal, orégano, manjericão, tomilho, manjerona, louro...há uma quantidade imensa de temperos na natureza e não utilizamos, preferimos ir pelo mais fácil, tempero industrializado.
É relaxante vê-lo cozinhar, a paz do lugar, o barulho da comida fritando, o vento...
