I agree. Sorry, "WHAT?" got real annoying, real quick, even when Stone Cold was using it. I get the feeling that if Stone Cold had said, "I know you are, but what am I?", these two would have put it at the top.

I think the problem with “Glorious” was it was used constantly in every aspect of Bobby Roodes gimmick, in his entrance music, he says it himself in his entrance, in his promos and even leading into the ddt.
Imagine if stone cold said What!? during all that.

Jen is fun and knows her wrestling but also Appears in top form and super happy.
"Burn It Down" was just promotion for the 2K18 cinematic trailer, plus tied in with his Triple H feud earlier than year quite nicely. In those contexts it was fine, but... yeah. It definitely overstayed its welcome. Didn't help that Seth's character afterwards was quickly shifting from vindictive/rebellious anti-hero towards generic squeaky clean babyface.

Well WWE is trash these days of course Seth Rollins's burn it down catchphrase is bad Seth Rollins didn't deserve that catchphrase Seth Rollins is better than that trash anyway WWE turned Seth Rollins to a joke at least Seth Rollins got a character that is about Joseph Seed that is better than he was doing for the last couple of years of being that kid friendly Babyface
A tier list idea that I had is, once normality has returned, is lockdown cinematic matches. Would be a hoot to remember all the zaniness of these matches once this is all over
But not *just* the ones during the era. All of them, so including House of Horrors, Wyatt Compound, all 3 Hardy Compound matches in TNA and the one in WWE...

When I was in Elementary School I was running for School Treasure and my slogan was "Vote for me Vote for me; Vote for L..... J..... B" (thumbs in between each letter) 🤦🏽♂️ I even ended it with a sweet ass roundhouse kick 😎. I won it and was terrible at the job 🤣🤣🤣

seems like this list left out a lot of great catchphrases, and i cant help but wonder if they have them sorted by era or something it would be easier to gauge? stil a good video though.

I guess "WHAT?" has resonated more because crowds still use it nearly 20 years later. But man, "And that's the bottom line, cuz Stone Cold Said So" was the Attitude Era for me.
Also kinda funny that Shawn Michaels never really had any, unless you count Suck it. I can think of plenty memorable one offs like "I will give you a show like you have never seen before. Why? Because I can." or "The Heartbreak Kid lays down for absolutely nobody." But nothing that could go on a T-Shirt and be repeated every promo.

Kinda a weird list, since so many iconic stuff are missing. I would even say The Rock's "It doesn't matter what your name is" is more iconic that the 2nd on you put down here, that, and Stone Cold's "That's the bottomline, cause Stone Cold said so". Then, there's 'Everybody's got a price" from Ted Dibiase, Hogan's "whatcha gonna do", Macho's "Oh yea".

I'd like to see a Tier List for all superstars who have been called up from NXT to the Main Roster but based solely on their Main Roster runs so far? Be interesting to see how many of them have stayed at the same level they were at in NXT!

...look, I already know he's in The Best for that catchphrase, but is it fair to say that *ANY* of The Rock's catchphrases would qualify as being in that exact same category? "...straight up your candy ass!", "Just bring it!", "It doesn't matter...!", "The millions...(and millions!) of The Rock's fans!"...these are all catchphrases that he got over with *so* much ease.

The times Rogan was shitting on wrestling were almost entirely just to annoy Tony Hinchcliffe. He’s stated many times that he respects the athleticism
They should do nicknames next
"Your ass is grass and I'm gonna smoke it" kinda works on multiple different levels. He's a pothead so he smokes grass, but I'd imagine it makes little different if you're smoking someone or their ass, meaning you're beating them up. Like it'd make perfect sense even if he just said "I'm gonna smoke your ass". However, I'm not entirely sure what the metaphor "Your ass is grass" might allude to. Perhaps it means that his ass gets walked over left right and centre, or that he gets regularly cut down, who knows.

The origin of the Austin "What" chant came from Austin being bored on the road and left a voice-mail on Christians phone.
We seriously say get the tables at Buffalo Bill's tailgate before bills games and I have a little bit of the bubbly as my ringtone
The only problem with the "get the tables!" chant is that, now for every hardcore match, everyone always (and I mean ALWAYS) chants, "we want tables!" EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!

The people at Cultaholic know a lot about wrestling. More than I do. But they should’ve done a little research on some of the catchphrases. The Black (African American) community is very familiar with the term “get these hands”. Been used for decades. So I found it entertaining when Strowman used it
