I swapped my F80 M3 for an I3s 120Ah full jet black and jet black 20" rims. Never shed a tear leaving the M3 behind, a monster on the racing circuit but pretty useless on public roads.
Matthew Kanniah like i said, the M3 is ready for circuit and build for so it is less fun to use on daily base on public roads besides the fact it is a 4 door car and can be fully used with two children, but so can the i3. It steers harder, suspension is harder and lower to get in... Also the driving costs of the M3 compared to the I3s. Im speaking in Euros now, Yearly roadtax M3 980€, I3s 0€. Yearly fuel M3 2200€, i3s between 400/600€. Yearly insurance full option 1900€, I3s 1300€. On the i3s i got 2500€ back from the state because is is more "clean". On the I3s my first checkup is in 2022 for brake fluid. Also the M3 would have cost me an extra of almost 3000€ because it needed new tires (1000€), oil change (960€) and a new front bumper ( 1500€) I have driven for years and years with + 300 hp cars and after a time you even get tired of that....... Besides the fact it only generates about 184 hp it is almost as quick as the M3 to a certain point, ( top speed of I3s 160kmh) with instant traction. I just don't need the "drama" and attention anymore......
