I am devastated now ! The 20 year old son of a good friend of mine just committed suicide, he was the only son, no signs of depression or drugs. A bright handsome young man. Apparently , the girl he was dating cheated on him.
The new generation does not have the resilience the previous had, and do not know how to cope with the real life
The entire family is destroyed by that.

i think what he’s saying needs to be registered as a terminal mental illness . I say this as I am suffering this exact feeling . I grew up around computers from 6 years old and have exploited the computers to my hearts content. But i feel i have nothing left . I’m scared . But i’m only 26. please keep off these things. do things in real life.
I think about it at times
The subconscious attaches to negative emotion. It is a very thin line between sane and insane do NOT push it. I grew up in the western world that is full of depressing culture. The news, most of the media, internet, even advertising can be depressing let alone the amount of drug abuse. Social media and the internet can kill your mind if you let it. Reality tv has warped our perception of reality. They put evil in cartoons to make the pill easier to swallow for us. Live in love not fear. Best of luck to you warrior.❤
I think about it all day every day.
I'm almost 18, male, and it crosses my mind quite frequently everyday lol, I'm not too serious with it because that will drive me crazy. Like idk, I even told my mother to not worry because I'm not doing it mainly because I don't want to miss Sadhguru and everything there is right now. Next life it might be a lot worse, or Sadhguru will not be there. In spite of my mind being a wreck, I will somehow push through, get in nature, do more Hatha yoga and try to have more quality sleep. Like, this society is insane, world is just mad. Like Osho said, the world is mad and that's why a sensitive person must meditate, or they might become mad as well
