My beloved mother has passed away last year.

陈楚生也值得被点评，他声音的松弛感，清澈感和美感是华语乐坛的另一个独特存在。
對我來說不懂這首歌歌詞意義的人是無法來評價這首歌的，當然這首歌不管是旋律還是人聲都是非常棒的，但它最大的特色跟重點就是在於歌詞，無法理解歌詞然後來評價這首歌我覺得對於它來說是非常不公平的。

不懂歌詞真的很難理解~尤其西方人的家庭倫理沒像中國人這樣深刻~這首甚至讓我想到朱自清寫的那篇散文~中國人對這種刻劃父子或母子的都很動人~像李宗盛"新寫的舊歌"~中國歌曲不是喜歡弄哭 聽眾~而是中國歌曲的詞本身就是占比很重的一部分~甚至我認為做詞比作曲還難
