Joseph Martin’s “In Silence He Came” allows us to visit the manger in Bethlehem. He quotes two Austrian carols, “Silent Night” and “Still, Still, Still,” as he paints the scene of that gentle winter night in which Christ was born. Joe’s skill in creating a soaring melody once again combines with his warm harmonic writing in this lovely solo.
