Today's poker I think is better , it's full of raises and reraises , check raise bluffs, and lots of action. That time poker was too conservative

Freddie Deeb is a shark and doesn't get enough recognition in these HSP games. He always seems to know where he's at in a hand. He played that AA hand perfectly, got unlucky against a weak player, and didn't tilt. Just calmly got up and left. Hellmuth would have tilted off the earth. I wish Deeb had won that hand, because he would have kept playing and he's fun to watch.

So much bad poker here on display... In the very first hand, why would Sheiky bet on the river with 88? Check call is the clear play there. Oh but wait... Doyle made an extremely thin call with Ace high!!
Doyle re-raising the flop re-raise by Negreanu with the AA doesn't make much sense either. Just call, and if he has a King, just let him keep on betting it. You turn the AA into a bluff by shipping it as he's never calling with just a King or flush draw.

hi @pokergo i’m Corey I just hit my mid 30s have a wife in her early 30s and a daughter who just turned a year old a couple weeks ago. we both work full time and in my spare time i study and read a lot about poker my wife hates it lol. i know this is a shot in the dark but maybe your team can help me get into a tournament or cash game? you guys can have 3/4 of the earnings and i’d gladly wear your merch to promote your company. i was told close mouths don’t get fed so it’s worth a shot. i just need one chance to see if my skills are where i think they are abut can’t afford it. i don’t want my daughter to have to work her tail off when she gets older like he mother and I. thank you for your time. godbless ❤
