It's always great to watch a guitar nerd react to Marcin. Not only does he have an outstanding technique, his arrangements are just out of this world. Since you like Japan, you may want to watch Accoustic vs Electric by Marcin and Itchika Nito. A great performance by both. Any song, Marcin kills it.
He bought whole guitar, so he is just using whole one. Thx for your fantastic reaction.
Marcin Patrzałek (born October 6, 2000 in Kielce, Poland) Polish is a fingerstyle guitarist, composer and producer.
He began playing classical guitar at the age of 10, under the direction of Jerzy Pikor, a teacher from Kielce. Two years later, he began learning flamenco techniques with Spanish guitarist Carlos Pinana. In 2015, he won the ninth edition of the Must Be the Music program. Only music, and in 2016 he released his debut album entitled Hush.
In the same year he became a finalist of the International Fingerstyle Guitar Master Competition, and the following year he won first prize at the Joaquín Rodrigo International Classical Guitar Competition. In 2018, he won the fifth edition of the Italian program Tu Si Que Vales. On November 12, 2018, he released an EP entitled revAMP, containing his most popular arrangements.
Previously, he released his own single "Baba Yaga". In 2019, he entered the 14th edition of America's Got Talent, in which he reached the semi-finals. In 2020, he signed a contract with Sony Music.
17 year old Marcin arranged & performed "Master of Puppets" by Metallica.
Marcin uses the innovative technique of "percussion fingerstyle", which is why he chose the flagship Ibanez AE900-NT guitar from the AE and Thermo Aged™ AVD80-NT series equipped with a K&K Trinity Pro pickup, which allows him to combine extensive percussion elements with standard guitar playing.

Itchika Nito and Marcin are friends and record together. Marcin visited Itchika Nito a few weeks ago, hence this recording.

He said in some interview that to arange and lern to perfection song is 3 month for him. And he play everyday from 2 to 4 hour.

I attended Marcin's concert, during his tour of Poland, at the end of October 2023, Krakow ICE. He played for almost two hours without a break and it was as natural for him as breathing or walking on stage. Everything he played was as perfect as youtube videos. Only the sound quality was worse, studio recordings definitely give better quality (even though ICE is a great hall that guarantees high quality).
Marcin was accompanied by drums (probably unnecessarily), bass guitar and four stringed instruments. What a great concert! Marcin played many well-known pieces and two new ones: in one, a solo one, he proved that these are true guitar sounds - first he played the backing track, then added drums, and finally added the main melody. In the process, he talked about his technique, listeners' feelings, etc. :) The second song was "Layla", played live just like on this video. Marcin said he was finishing the video post-processing for this track. And here it is!

I was there at the end of November. When it comes to quality, I think space in the room is important. I was sitting in the 8th row in the philharmonic hall. It was great, although I felt a slight lack of volume. From the fourth row to the stage it was much better. From other people's reports, I know that it sounded in the same quality there as on UA-cam.
