Litany of the Red Sulphur | Al-Kibrit Al-Ahmar (Reciter - Mawlana Sayyid Zayn Saqibi)

This recitation by Mawlana Syed Zayn Saqibi, has been uploaded to assist seekers in recitation and ensure correct pronunciation. Note: The manner in which Mawlana recites may differ slightly from how the text of the litany appears in the book. He has intentionally included additional waqf (pauses), to enhance the beauty of the recitation and make it easier to follow.
These adjustments are made with full adherence to the sciences of tajweed and qira'at and without altering or affecting the meaning of the words.
However, it is strongly recommended that the text be adhered to as presented in the book. For this reason, the text that appears on the screen is consistent with the text from the book and does not reflect the additional waqf(pauses) by Mawlana.
Al-Kibrīt al-Aḥmar, also known as Durood e Kibreet e Aḥmar, is a profound collection of ṣalawāt, litanies and Divine secrets. It is a sacred invocation attributed to the esteemed al-Sayyid, Sulṭān al-'Ārifīn (the King of Gnostics), the luminous sage, al-Quṭb al-Anām (the Axis of Mankind), al-Bāz al-Ashhab (the Grey Falcon), Sulṭān al-Awliyāʼ (the King of Saints), Sayyidī Ash-Shaykh Muḥyiddīn ‘Abd al-Qādir al-Jīlānī al-Ḥasanī al-Ḥusaynī, who penned this litany enveloped in a state of spiritual ecstasy and deep love of Sayyidunā Rasūlullāh ﷺ.
Highly revered within the esteemed Chishtiyyah Ṭarīqah (Chishtiyyah spiritual order), this litany is a spiritual treasure bestowed upon the seeker.
This litany is not merely a recitation but a potent instrument for the seeker. It is laden with barakah (Divine blessings) and secrets. It kindles luminous flames of love for Allāh ﷻ and the Beloved Prophet, Sayyidunā Rasūlullāh, ﷺ transforming one’s seemingly lifeless heart into a radiant centre of Divine lights.
