@ I got to see him live twice, once in 2011 and once in 2019 and while “Enderness” might be my favorite album of his the 2011 set was phenomenal songs like “the heart is willing” and “the twist” moved up my list of favorites after seeing em live, but nothing tops “slow Parade” the guitar solo at the end that night was bonkers. He’s such a talented songwriter and has the rock background to absolutely shred if he wants. Do you have a favorite Verbena album?
@@TheJeffreycooper Nice, I must have seen him around in 2019 too. It was with The Weakersthans. I actually haven't listened to much of Verbana, I like what I've heard - I should get into them more.
Man i was missing Verbena and looked to see what happend to the band and long story short i eneded up here. My God what a sound. it has the same eerie etherial sound as David Bowies Black Star Album.
I had the pleasure of supporting him on this tour in Sheffield UK. Excellent set. Nice bloke. He gave me an album for free! Unfortunately I had no physical release to trade. Next time...
@@zackmcdermid Change is a part of this life. You can't grow without any change. And what happened with Bondy? IMO he started to look deeper into himself and went through a transformation
I love that Bondy dropped off for what felt like forever and comes back with this instead of another country album. Really awesome.
i know you didn’t just say country and not soulful
This feels like the next step in evolution from “Believers” I wonder if we’ll hear more new music from him anytime soon
@@TheJeffreycooper I think he's gone for a long while just like last time, but will live rent free in my head. Glad I got to caught him live.

Bondy always ahead of the world.
AA Bondy my god what a rare beautiful talent!

Saw him in London in 2019, really cool. I am glad you are back making music since 2011.. Greetings from Italy.
I love this song
Yes.
this is a gift
One hell of a sound!
Saw him performing his latest album in Ghent, was great. Hope he visits Belgium again soon!
I'd give anything in this world to hear this guy plug his Mosrite back into a Marshall stack.
I think he lost all his guitars in one of the California wildfires back in 2019 😭
Love this new album, saw him in a church in England this week.you would never know he’s the same dude who made Devil’s Loose. Is he alright?
He's doing great!
Any other recordings from this session?
Thank you, excellent quality.
hey Max, Happy you like it! No, we recorded only one song!

Where is the video made?

What happened to you?
Is that a question ? :-)
Rhetorical...I fear change.
@@zackmcdermid Change is good. Change is needed. That's what they call evolution :-)

@mtkwczlowiek Well said. I miss the old stuff dearly, but I am happy to know he is still moving people with his art.
why does he swing his mic all the time
because he's cool beans
Director - “Why don’t you have a little lie down?”
B - “How about this pose?”
Director - “It’s a bit Playboy”
B - “I know”
Frederique M the question should be why doesn’t everyone?
Cause he’s gettin jiggy with it
What the fuck is this? I think Bondy took to much.
Listen to the album. . . .
