      No you are not. I am flabbergasted buy her meticulous work! I will take a few tips (such as wooden sticks to remove moisture) but ..a leopard has trouble changing its spots

      I think most people benefit from this if they have a lot of children, and enjoy cooking for every meal. I use some of her tips but, I don’t bulk buy things because I only cook for myself.

      @@YourMomSVT i think some of her tips work really well but the amount of washing u have to do on those Tupperwares and the papers used to wrap each food would be a little too excessive for both my patience and energy lol

      @@tammyjohnson6822 Samsung makes a similar refrigerator in the US. It's the 4 door Flex. I've been thinking about getting it but waiting for a sale. Plus, most appliances are on backorder.

    I love her organized refrigerator, very handy and practical. Then I realized, shoot, the required number of containers with various sizes will definitely drain my wallet!

      it's a good investment really. I FINALLY got containers for the fridge and freezer and it actually makes you not over buy. Same for pantry.

      @ScorpionC this is absolutely not true! depends on where you live and even if you bought on aliexpress and the like costs me more shipping each container than the containers themselves

      And I would say the amount of food she is storing is definitely for a very small family of 1 or 2 persons. My family has 3 kids and i will run out of most of those food in 1 day. 😀

    This is like the ultimate video for storing food. Personally, I'd like to add the date when I put the food in the refrigerator because I can be very forgetful about how long has it been stored. I'll save this for my future self and future kids 😂 Thank you for your great contents ♡

    I like bean sprouts but would always find that they would spoil before I could finish eating them but your method of soaking them in water really worked! I'm so happy because now I can enjoy my bean sprouts without having to throw any away. Thank you for these tips! :)

      @@Honeyjubu Actually I would like to let you know that potatoes and any type of yam or sweet potatoes should never be refrigerated. They release a type of toxin called acrylamide which is very harmful to us. So pls store them only outside.

    Love all your information. I have never seen a more organized refrigerator or freezer. Thank you for sharing all your energy with us too. I at least have lemons growing year round so no freezing.     So many useful tips 😀. I remember my granny handled storage very similar. Some of it I had forgotten about. We all should spend a little more time - would mean healthier food, things prepared for direct use and we would live more sustainable. Definitely will better my own behaviour and use many of your (and granny 's) tips.

      You can find some of these storage containers at Marshall’s and T.J. Maxx. I purchase most of my kitchen items from these chain stores. The prices are very reasonable, and also such a variety. I live in California.

      @@audreychen5210 When the fresh produce is bought in bulk for a small family (it's just her and her husband), she freezes and stores what they won't eat within 1-3 weeks depending on what it is.

    So amazing! I really liked the efforts that you are putting to not to let anything go waste and also how you applied basic chemistry to day to day life. It was really impressive. I will definitely try to use these techniques.
    There's one thing that I wanted to ask, can we reuse the used water to wash other vegetables? Or is there any alternative solutions to not waste water?

    Excelente, muchas gracias...admiro muchísimo tus vídeos son muy útiles y prácticos...en mi país no se acostumbra almacenar los alimentos de esta manera y me has enseñado a ahorrar tiempo y dinero...y mis frutas, vegelates y tubérculos no se echan a perder.     My asian grandmother is so thorough and clean and such a good cook and has passed her kitchen methodology to my mom who passed it to me- but your methods are even more organized than hers! I’m so inspired! The toothpicks? Never heard of it!
