Your NOT meant to blend it with the conditioner. And it says to buy to packs if you have long hair..

I’ve got this product and am going to use it soon. I’ve read through the instructions and noticed you may have misread them. The colour is 098 and it says to use the whole tube of colour with the conditioner and you’ve done the instructions for a different colour, that maybe why you didn’t receive the results that was meant to be. For the other colours you only need a small amount of colour cream but for this specific colour to receive full results your meant to use the whole tube. Hope this helps in the future.

I tried it the other day on my very bleached hair and it barely toned it. And on the parts that vere extremely light turned blueish purlple. I honestly hate it. It dried my hair too

I've just bought it, it says in the instructions to apply direct for more intense colour OR mix with the conditioner to pastelise for a more subtle result.

I'd recommend using a silver shampoo and conditioner (I use really cheap ones), however I've found the more I tone my hair with these semi permanent lilac/silver colourants the longer it stays a nice ash silver colour. Hope this helps!! xx

Absolutely horrible! Dark hair roots that also are yellow and then the purple?!
You should have bleached all the hair including the roots first.
