This was shot during a weeks holiday in 2013 to Javea on the east coast of Spain, a town in the province of Alicante, by the Mediterranean.
As an drone enthusiast the first thing on the list of things to pack for our holiday was my DJI PHANTOM DRONE, (see full equipment used below) and I couldn't wait to get it in the air to capture this stunning location.
We also ventured out in a hire car and filmed spots in nearby towns Denia (about 15 minutes drive north of Javea) and Moraira (about 20 minutes drive south of Javea)
After viewing the footage, I couldn't believe how stunning this part of the world was, and I was incredibly proud of the footage I had captured as I had only been flying the drone for just a few weeks.
Javea is one of the healthiest places on earth with 320 days sunshine each year!

This track was written and produced by me, the story of how this track came to be is a very interesting one.
Firstly you must understand that all of our music that we currently listen to is tuned to 440 Hz, this is the reference pitch that all our music is based upon, A = 440 Hz.
This reference pitch was endorsed in 1953.
Before this endorsement the reference pitch for music was A = 432 Hz.
So why was it changed from 432 Hz?
A quote from confucious:
"IF ONE SHOULD DESIRE TO KNOW WHETHER A KINGDOM IS WELL GOVERNED, IF ITS MORALS ARE GOOD OR BAD, THE QUALITY OF ITS MUSIC WILL FURNISH THE ANSWER...."
Confucious was talking about the tuning of music.
There is some worrying evidence out there that 440 Hertz tuning is not good and could be harmful particularly when exposed to for long periods of time.
How often do you listen to music?
"Most music worldwide has been tuned to 440 hertz since the International Standards Organization (ISO) endorsed it in 1953. The recent rediscoveries of the vibratory / oscillatory nature of the universe indicate that this contemporary international concert pitch standard may generate an unhealthy effect or anti-social behavior in the consciousness of human beings."
"The powers that be are successfully lowering the vibrations of not only the young generation but the rest of us as well. These destructive frequencies entrain the thoughts towards disruption, disharmony and disunity. Here are the ancient solfeggio healing frequencies according to Jamie Burtuff:
A = 216, 432 or 864 Hz - CROWN CHAKRA
(216 Hz is an octave lower than 432, 864 Hz an octave higher than 432 Hz)
D = 144, 288 or 576 Hz - 3RD EYE CHAKRA
G = 192, 384 or 768 Hz - THROAT CHAKRA
C = 128, 256 or 512 Hz - HEART CHAKRA
F# = 182, 364 or 728 Hz - SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA
Eb = 303, 606 or 1212 Hz - SACRAL CHAKRA
Bb = 228, 456 or 912 Hz - ROOT CHAKRA
After much research with friends on this subject and subsequently learning the association of these frequencies with the human chakra system, I decided that 432 Hz is the frequency nature intended for music, so I decided to start making music in the 432Hz tuning
The track you are hearing on this video is designed for the THROAT chakra, hence it is in 384 Hz and that is the tone that you can hear at the start and throughout the track.
So whilst you are viewing these wonderful locations in Spain you are also being healed with an ancient solfeggio healing frequency!

I live in Malaga and I have stayed in the Myramar hotel in Javea on a number of occasions, I know the area quite well and I have been researching drones as I am about to buy one and this footage is just about the best I have seen, just superb!!!

Excellent video Alex!!! I live in Moraira so know all these areas very well. I fly a microlight around these areas a lot but can't get shots like these because I'm flying too fast and have to keep my distance for safety reasons. I immediately looked up the DJI Phantom Quadcopter and it looks great. I'd love to attach one of my GoPro's to one of these...

Hi Alex, I don't suppose you were filming at Granadella last weekend (5-6 April) by any chance? My parents were on the beach there and someone had a drone which came over and filmed them so I thought I'd have a look on here for it!
Pretty impressive aerial shots. Was there any wind while you were flying? Also, did you need to do stabilization on the footage?
Hey Edward, thanks, yeah there was a little stabilization added on this, but to be honest it didnt really need it, the footage is already very smooth with the gimbal im using. The dji phantom can fly in winds up to 20mph so the light breeze that there was when filming this was not a problem.
