It was so amazing moment when ertughrul met his soldiers abdurrehman,turgut,roshaan and also that time when he entered in tugtekin tribe with his soldiers ...it was the success of his soldiers ...and the face reaction of chabkosh, tugtekin and his mother.....who were looking like " yeh sala to kabab ma haddii bnn k a giya " 😄😂
The key quality in Ertugrul wamong lots of other qualities was his highly developed leadership skills and a visionary approach. A leader always stands by his troops and people and never give up and never forgive traitors. The very first thing he did on returning the Headquarter of his Tribe at end of this episode was taking over the chain of command of his troops immediately. This is leadership. Just going back in time, 13th century when the kei tribe lost all hope, Allah tested their faith and blessed them with their leader safe and sound in the end. It was a massive boost in the confidence in the troops of Ertugrul and a huge dent in the confidence of Nauman Barbarian. But more importantly a huge boost in the confidence among the ranks of Sultan Alaydin troops who were approaching towards Ertugrul to form a grand alliance against the Barbarian Mongols at end of that years winter. A new world order was being designed by Mongols. As this serial is a true history, this was the key important part. A leader not only lifts the spirits of his troops but also put a solid belief in the hearts of his people to fight for a just cause. With this and if the leader is also a Momin with firm belief in Allah like Ertugrul, then game over for the oppressing forces.
