Euhmm, you edit with capcut right? You just have too find some purple balloon png's on the internet and download/screenshot it.. Than just put it in ur cc like a video and place it! You can see how pll placed it in their parts, like put them behind ur horse or stuff xx Hope i answerd ur q correctly!
