Play around with pairing edges and corners, you isn't just have to use the 'loading spot', and arguably the most important thing for roux, don't turn as fast as you can at first, turn slowly and try to use as few moves as possible

Im currently avging 40 sec on OH... but using my right hand.. i find it very easy making first block but extremely hard second block by using right hand..
So.. should i:
-Practice using left hand
Or
-Practice making first block in right side and second block on the left side..
Or any other suggestion

Both your suggestions are good.
But if you already feel comfortable with your right hand, continue doing that.
Kian's OH CMLLs has an alg for left and an alg for right hand anyway.
