Sir, my mobile parts were removed including sim and memory card by mobile repair shop police is not registering FIR so while filing 156(3) or 200 crpc application will I have to submit that mobile ? if yes I can move this application along with that and take possession back? or this is only applicable to police cases of FIR?

You don't have to submit mobile if you file a case under 156(3) and 200 .... But just retain it with you so that at the time of evidence you can produce the same
