It’s fun watching you feeling hot of the “cabe” and you’re strong able to eat cabe..i’m not. If you like culinary i can be your guide in Jakarta if you travel here. Or even bali i know some places but not spicy foods, not “strong” like you ahahahaa
I like it, but prefer the soup than the ball. Nice evaluation. The key is knowing the real, origin of taste and it's combination why it is served that way. Taste is subjective. Dig deeper about the taste, expose it and reasoning why. They hate spicy for quite sometime then love and knowing the reason why. Proportion and combination. All know chili is hot. The antitode eat some kerupuk or drink warm plain tea. Keep reasoning why it is only served there. Happy exploring.

I think, we indonesians re rather greeting by saying "good morning/day/afternoon" (selamat pagi/siang/ sore or malam) than saying "apa kabar". I barely heard someone said that in everyday life. Atleast for me, that sounds strange.
Or,
when we greet someone close, we rather say "are you fine?" (kamu sehat? or just simply say say one word: sehat?).

well, food is subjective, the avocado for instance, if you eat it in the savory way since you are kid, then 30years later you come to the other part of the world which serving it as a juice, yeah it wouldn't taste delicious.. same as me, i eat bread in a sweet way since i was a kid, but then many many years laters, i discovered a burger, ive taste it once and never again.. like i said, it's all about preference... at least we giving it a try

I think I would be lost trying to eat vegan foods in Bali. I think I would have to stay in Ubud because they have a lot of amazing health food places to eat. Changgu might have good vegan restaurants but Seminyak and Kuta, not so much, I would think.

Kenapa bule ga suka jus alpukat yaa, padhal itu enak bngt, mungkin masih asing di lidah orang luar, tapi coba abaikan dengan rasa itu, karena jus alpukat bagus untuk kesehatan kulit, antioksidan, protein, dan lemak nabati yg bagus.
Itu cocok untuk diet kecil 1 gelas jus alpukat cukup mengenyangkan.
Alpukat menurut orang luar itu kaya nasi, contoh nya mexico alpukat buat tacos..... Coba lu lihat mli tentang capucino cincau 😂
