Brother I have been using Carburetor cars since 2007. One thing i noticed that if your carburetor is set and as explained in this video, you need not open it for tuning right away. Rather you should use Carb and Injector cleaner available for 400 to 500 Rs. Just open up the Air filter expose the intake manifold and let someone sit on the driver seat to accelerate and you keep spraying Carb injector cleaner from intake manifold. You will be amazed by the results with this simple trick. You have be generous in spraying almost half of the 450 ml bottle. Keep up the good work bro.

Kal he carb khola tha. kit bhe le k aya same but its piston valve does not sit properly as its a bit longer than the existing one so im using old one. baki jet aik 80 ka or dosra 105 ka dala ha, may be that will save me some fuel and i know i will have to compromise on acceleration but lets see fingers crossed hope it does not give me black smoke. Extra carb para hua tha kuch kharab chezain yaha se waha ke. Or baki kuch throttle mechanism ke settings dekhni thi i forgot to take pics before taking it apart. so is video se kafi idea ho gya thanks.

Excellent information. Cultus mai bara jet genuine kis no ka ata hai or chota jet kis no ka ata hai? Plus cultus ka radiator fan direct hai auto kam ni kr raha hai tu kia chez change ki jaye ke auto on and off ho sake. Please guide.
small jet 90 and big 110, bro ap fan ka auto switch check kero usko wire lagi hoi hai or dosera ye k paki gari main thermostat valve b hona chahiye.. werna koi faida nhi.

AOA Sir you explain original jet size of cultus is 90 and 110 but in repair kit we get 90,92,132 , you said that you put 92 nob which is bigger size than how it will save fuel. secondly all jets in repair kit are useless or can be used. other thing all jaen/gasket are same size in carburetor or different. now a day repair kit price is 1900

Sir, meri cultus 3 cylinder ha. Wo kabi smooth chlti ha or chlty howa jhatky marti ha. Kabi us ka silencer bilkul saaf ho jata ha or kabi ganda. Kabi achi average deti ha petrol pe kabi achi average nai deti. Iss ko agar ma ap k pas lao tou kitna time lgy ga?

use some good LED or HID lights H4 k genuine bulbs say kuch nahi hota. abi main nay new LED bulbs dalay hain 18,000/- light esay ho gai hai jesay land cruiser ki light ho. agay wala galiyan deta hai (sorry ppl) :D

PCV value is little technical i advised you if you are in LHR i have one guy who make aluminum PCV valve with lifetime warranty. I installed that 2 yrs ago its superb.
Kabli 10000 ka new 16000 ka. Try finding used with sealed components. That will even have a fuel mixture seal. Do not touch it. Ur car will give u 16km on highway in 1300cc margalla
