You can also take a 15 minute ride on the ferry from San Francisco to Jack Linden Square in Oakland, and they have a lot of solid restaurants on that side too . To be honest Chinatown is on some real traditional Chinese food & I never found anything I really liked. It’s a cool experience, though. They have Hella stores . Take some comfortable shoes you’ll be walking up hill. 😂
