You should have Naruto meet Karin, if you manage to find her. It would be nice to save her early. She'd be a good healer to have around earlier in the series until Sakura levels up, and it would be good for Naruto to have family.
Teach Naruto Chidori. And then disguise Naruto but before that if u guys have time train. Train for awhile and probably teach Sakuta some medical jutsu.

Skippy i think u should make part 12 like:kakashi is about to die fighting tobi the rest arrive. everyone is in a genjutsu (including kakashi) except naruto naruto get so mad he goes 6 tails and fights tobi, tobi lost from the tailed beast bomb but didnt die and escaped 1 shinobi came and released them from genjutsu. I think u should do the rest cause thats short
