It’s a lovely little apartment for someone, perhaps an older woman who’s kid(s) have grown up… you could a
switch out that lovely small sofa for a sofa-bed in case you have family visiting. No storage though. It would have been much better to show the patio and the views!

Nice unit, I am from Singapore, looking for a unit for retirement. This one definitely is on my list.
How about legal fee, agent fee, and any other cost, for foreign cash buyer? Thx

Sorry for late reply. Agent fees are paid by seller. Buying costs are approx 7% of purchase price which includes Lawers fees notary & local taxes etc.
