Batman Black and White is an incredible set of short stories. I'm planning to get the omnibus which contains every story from that story. As for the latest black and white, it doesn't live up to the great stories of the past. Definitely an interesting batmobile with classic silver age vibes.

+Campbell Evans I always thought it was great that you could never really tell what the exact time period was for BTAS. One of the "old school" retro qualities was definitely that Batmobile. Gotta love Tal-Dar!!! lol The features included in the batmobile are priceless....a trouser press is essential for any crime fighter!! Lol. The model itself is perfect!! It's almost certainly one of the sleekest, most retro models Eaglemoss have produced and it's so accurate to the Noir comic images. The fact it's almost entirely die cast is so cool too and a credit to Eaglemoss. Thanks as always for sharing buddy, this is one of the highlights of your channel. You know I love this Batmobile line but I have to say that one of the highlights of collecting has been learning more about the seemingly endless stories of the Dark Knight. You know how much I actually know about Batman comics so it's been great doing all the research for each of these models. It's funny how the Eagelmoss Batmobiles kept getting stronger and stronger. It's a shame that it is not going to continue. I can think of quite a few amazing Batmobile designs that I'd love for them to do. Another superb review, really enjoy the history you cover and the crisp editing work. Rather enjoy this one as the zany Batman stuff is good fun, developed a taste for silver age Bats after watching the Batman: The Brave and the Bold series - criminally overlooked gem btw - right up there with the Justice League cartoon series. On another note, are you aware of the Batmobile from Batman vs. Judge Dredd? It's a rather organic and surreal looking bit of work from Simon Bisley - I absolutely adore it and wish for a model some day. Look it up if you get the chance, I think you'll dig the design, it's yet another '89' love letter; wish Eaglemoss had put one out.
+kaijuchevrolet Thanks! Yeah, the Silver Age of Batman is almost this great "other world" kind of comic book storytelling. Fun stuff. That's what was so great about Batman: The Brave and the Bold. That series was an awesome tribute to that era (Aquaman was quintessential Silver Age and I loved all the episodes with a Green Lantern). OMG! Thanks for the heads up about the Batman/Judge Dredd Batmobile!! That thing is unreal. Actually, "organic and surreal" is the perfect way to describe it. It's so unusual but visually appealing. The overall artwork is brilliant. It's a shame that the Eagelmoss Batmobile line is coming to an end because that design would be a perfect addition. Thanks again! Take it easy.
