휘핑크림정도는 손거품기로 할수있지만 계란으로 머랭을 만들기위해서는 전동휘핑기가 있어야할거예요ㅠㅠ 손머랭 만드시는 분들도 있는데 저는 한번 해봤다가 죽다 살았났거든요... ㅠ ㅎㅎㅎ

진짜 맛있을 것 같아요!! 주말에 만들어 보려는데 저는 가당 식물성 휘핑크림을 사용할거라.. 혹시 반죽에 들어가는 설탕양을 10~20g 정도 줄여도 괜찮을까요?
가당크림이면 크림에 들어가는 설탕량만 줄여주셔도 되고 단맛을 줄이고 싶으시다면 흰자머랭과 노른자머랭을 만들때 각각 10g정도씩 설탕양을 줄여주셔도되요^^
