In fact, the body odor of each person is not given by what we eat, it is the sub-product left by bacteria after the degradation and oxidation of toxins and other substances that we exude through our glands and pores. if it is true that the foods we consume influence the amount or variety and sometimes the type of said toxins and substances, but the range of them is intricate to personal metabolism and how toxicokinetics and toxicodynamics are generated in a specific organism, Added to the natural flora of bacteria in a person, which will result in an aroma that is distinctive in each individual. Also known as the fingerprint of a person's smell, even if this smell varies, the range of how much it can vary is limited by its very genetics and the fingerprint is maintained in chemical terms. A direct way to avoid smelling is the elimination of bacteria or the partial inhibition of their exponential growth, which can be easily achieved by altering the pH, which is a factor in the medium where each species and strain of bacteria has an optimal range of pH to survive. or multiply. That is why weak acids such as vinegar work by altering the pH of the area, but it is not a completely safe method, these bacteria are essential in our skin and the task of metabolizing our waste is beneficial to us, so altering the competition of the bacterial flora on our skin, varying the pH, can cause a bacteria that resists said pH to overpopulate and cause some dermatitis or the accumulation of products that are not being metabolized cause it (although the accumulation could be avoided with frequent baths). It is also very common for people with sensitive skin whose pH changes, even slight, gradually cause dermatitis due to the sensitivity of their dermis, since the skin also needs an optimal pH and these people with sensitive skin cannot use vinegar or other natural acids. They require neutral pH even in the products they use and generally only buy cosmetics made specifically for sensitive skin.
