Judah Iscariot was son of Simon Iscariot. Not to be confused with Judah who wrote the letter before John's revelation. Old translations did not change their names. Similarly James (who wrote the book of James) is actually Jacob (Jacobus) Some people are trying to corrupt the scriptures by changing names and adding footnotes and headers. If your grandparents had an old bible, go and open it up - you might see some differences. God is not the author of confusion. Jesus identified Judah Iscariot as one sharing bread with the body of Christ. Only God can reveal who that is and that is why we must pray "Deliver us from the Evil One" .. Remember, if we are always confused and not being empowered we must remember what Jesus teaches about who is at the table. God bless you if you are one who struggles.
Unbiblical. Judas did not Betray Jesus. The Bible explicitly says Judas was possessed by Satan & Christ himself commands Satan directly to work quickly. John 13:27 , Luke 22:3 clearly state that Judas was possessed by Satan, who was commanded by Jesus: As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. I think that you are as wrong as others about Judas and only speculating no one knows about Judas until you read the missing book of Judas and why is the book missing.
If God wanted it to be part of the Scriptures, do you not think he would have found it? Somebody had to betray Jesus - it was prophesied but Judas had the opportunity to repent, even after the betrayal. I'd like to think he was repentant but the Bible indicates that he was sorrowful but not reconciled to God, which is a real sadness, and a warning to others...

Even the GOOD THIEF is forgiven shortly before he is killed... "the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. Sounds like you you are believer Jehovah's Witnesses or Muslims, both of whom have developed alternative views of the last week of the life of Christ..turning it into
a conspiracy created from
the mind of God in which Judus plays the key role instead of Christ..sounds more like Muslim to me..

Judas was of the devil ..and Jesus saw him coming John 6:70. Jesus even warned him that it may well be written of the Son of Man to be betrayed...BUT woe unto him who did the betraying...Mathew 26:24 Judas of the tribe Dan is not ;listed in the Sealing of the 144,000
Judas is not doomed.
Judas Iscariot is the first person to publicly proclaim that the innocent
blood of Jesus Christ was shed on account of his sin. Matt. 27:4.
Whenever I read about his sin of betrayal, I also see the blood of Jesus Christ.
God the Father, does not see the sin but only the blood.
I am forever praising and believing Jesus is the Christ, and this is pleasing to God.
1John 1:7…the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Judas Iscariot confessed his sin (Matthew 27:4), I believe the blood of Jesus Christ has cleansed him of all unrighteousness.
I am forever praising and believing Jesus is the Christ and this is pleasing to God.
Judas Obeyed Christ and Never betrayed Him. Christ commanded him after he was possessed by Satan. John 13:27 , Luke 22:3 As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. So Jesus told him, “What you are about to do, do quickly.” Speaking to Satan... Judas regretted his actions, attempted to repent, and return the silver coins, and blamed himself for Christ's Murder. When Christ Decended to the Land of the Dead, he Released Judas from the grip of Satan. For Satan has No Power over Christ. Jesus took Judas to Heaven. Who is Stronger : Satan or Jesus ? Recall that Christ had a fairly long conversation with Satan, with the Temptations... Jesus also commanded evil spirits to leave the Demon possessed man & they fled into the pigs. (The pigs unfortunately died). Jesus is THE BOSS in all the situations.
JOHN 10: 1 - 8
Would I be responsible in helping to defend Judas?
Judas is in Heaven, He obeyed Jesus in the most difficult mission. John 13:27 , Luke 22:3 clearly state that Judas was possessed by Satan, who was commanded by Jesus: As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him.
Despite the fact that Satan possessed Judas. Despite the fact that once Satan left Judas he felt on overwhelming guilt. Predestination and free will? 🤔😉😆

I believe Judas was saved but forfeited his salvation
I believe he never loved Jesus

Trump 2020, you lost me there my friend!
When Jesus would teach and preach in Jerusalem, the Priestly class( Sehendrin, Pharisees) would try to stone him, capture him and kill him..But Jesus had a miraculous power to disappear in thin air...Judas who was a Zealot, cultured in Judahism, He became a follower of JESUS.. Jealous ofJesus miracle and works of wonders, he desire to turn him over to the Priest and show him to them by the Judas Kiss...Jesus can easily disappear in thin air and vanishes, but he knew it was his time to be the sacrificial lamb...to be crucified for all the sin of of the WORLD...Jesus life was the payment for all the sin of mankind...JERUSALEM and the Priestly class want to kill Jesus, but the Jewish law have no death penalty...So Jesus had to be turn over to the ROMAN law to be crucified and killed...it's not our will, but " THE WILL OF GOD"...Pray for our Salvatori.....Giorgio Messina......
The law said that if a man
said that he was God..that
he would have to die..even
if He was God..there were
no exceptions..that is called blasphemy..in other words..HE WOULD THEN..AS GOD..
AFTERWARDS..HAVE TO PROVE THAT HE WAS & IS GOD BY RISING FROM THE DEAD..WITNESSED BY ALL..
Jesus raised Himself, but
also His Father & the Holy
Spirit assisted Him..fulfilling in full Their prophecy..spoken by all three together saying
the same thing at the same time: "let Us make Man in Our
image"..Jesus said: "when you have seen Me, you have seen the Father"..not that He & His Father were the same Person..
but both or all 3 were co-equal in Glory & Majesty & Holiness.

The name Judas does NOT mean "son of waste! Judas is a boy's name of Greek origin. It is the Greek form of Judah, which means "praised."
You’re a silly one
Judas was Jesus's best friend.
Jesus begged him to betray him.
Whatever Jesus couldn't say to other Apostles, He woud say to Judas.
Poor Judas was just following the orders from Jesus. He had to do it.
He is a Hero.Without Judas there will not be Christianity. Give Judas a Goddamn respect that he deserves !

It's clear that Judas OBEYED CHRIST, & followed Jesus, & Judas never Betrayed Jesus. SATAN possessed Judas & then Christ Commanded Satan : John 13:27 , Luke 22:3 As soon as Judas took the bread, Satan entered into him. So Jesus told him, “What you are about to do, do quickly.”
Judas, the human, regretted his actions, attempted to repent, and return the silver coins, and blamed himself for Christ's Murder. I don't know what Satan possession felt like to Judas, but it must have been agonizing & very painful ! When Christ Decended to the Land of the Dead, he of course Released Judas from the grip of Satan. For Satan has No Power over Christ. Jesus took Judas to Heaven.
Well Done Good and Faithful Servant. Well Done.

God bless you if you are one who struggles.
ahahaha balut!:)
So Jesus told him, “What you are about to do, do quickly.” Speaking to Satan... Judas regretted his actions, attempted to repent, and return the silver coins, and blamed himself for Christ's Murder.

Either Jesus is Stronger than Satan or Satan is Stronger than Jesus. Judas Obeyed Jesus & it was Satan [possessing Judas' body] which Jesus commands to Work Quickly.

Remember Christ himself said for God the Father to Forgive them, because they do not know what they do... That would apply to everyone involved in Christ's Crucifixion. Even the GOOD THIEF is forgiven shortly before he is killed... "the other criminal rebuked him. “Don’t you fear God,” he said, “since you are under the same sentence? We are punished justly, for we are getting what our deeds deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”
Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. ”
Jesus answered him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with me in paradise.”
