Mine says SW Open and an alternate mode just says OFF. I have great water flow. I have replaced the water sensor. I checked the switch and it’s not clogged. The button does raise but could that mean it’s still bad though? There is no spark sound like the igniter wants to turn on.
I have this exact pool heater, brand new. Was just installed a few weeks ago. It was working for a couple weeks but now I am getting this rollout switch open message. I can see where there was rollout because the tag on the gas line is burnt. Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks
What could cause an older millivolt style heater to get stuck on? Had to shut the gas off to get it to go out, turning pump off wouldn’t turn it off with the pressure switch, so I thought it was that, but the main switch wouldn’t shut the flames off either. So I think the gas valve stuck open? But unsure.

I just installed a Raypak 106 propane pool heater and it won't fire up , I can hear the pilot light trying to ignite but it won't, also my only propane bottle I have is a small 20 pounder , wondering if that may be my problem and if it is how big of a bottle do I need ? Thanks
I have an older Raypak 130a millivolt unit. The burners come on but turn off after few minutes. I replaced the pilot assembly, but the problem continues. Is it the gas valve? How do i check the gas valve? If gas valve not the issue, what else can i check? The unit is about 8 years old.
Why wouldn't you show where the switch was located before you pulled it out?

@@PipeDoctor I got it to work, was the pressure switch issue . I replaced it, now it's working.
Replaced rollout switch and it worked for few days then sw rollout error occured again
@@PipeDoctor so prob filter clean something like that heavy debris pool skimmers always full too
