True Nina, this is a master vocal class. And props to the band too. Yes she is a great story teller. I've been listening to this song by the original singer (who is amazing btw) since I was young, but I only understood the meaning of the song after Gigi sang it. I always thought it was a romantic love song. I didn't know it was about someone's grandmother. Next please react to her singing OFFICIALLY MISSING YOU (Tamia). I love her tone here. Also her covers of classic songs from the 80s, HEART OF MINE (Boz Scaggs) & SAILING (Christopher Cross). Such wonderful interpretations & arrangements of these songs. Thanks!
