Amazing video on taking QR codes to the next level. I will say that on iPhone camera app (which is what most people will use to scan QR codes on iPhone), when QR codes have faces on them, the iPhone AI facial detection overrides the QR detection. This makes a lot of these difficult to scan as QR codes with the iPhone camera app. A dedicated QR app might not have this problem.
Thanks for your comment. I have checked the all QR code in my video using an iPhone 10 and iPhone 12. I am not sure if the QR code reader app may play an important role, but I pass all the QR code recognization easily. Hope you will enjoy the video and make your own QR code. I'm having trouble aligning the mask to QR code. For reference I created the QR code from QR-Creator and sized both the mask and QR code to be 1024x1024. When I scale the mask down to the QR code with either the version 3 or version 5 mask the alignment of the QR code and the mask is always off by a little bit :(
I am not sure where is your problem. Please check which version you used according to my description. Version 4 or other versions may also be possible. Also, the other parameters may also influence. Good luck. Have a nice day.
Nice job ... but impossible to follow the creation of images within the QR code. But at least you gave me some ideas. Do I understand correctly that there are 70 possible data configurations? I have replicated your process in a simpler manner using the 2023 version of PS. Thanks again for the inspiration to be more creative.
Buen dia. Como calculaste la distancia entre puntos. Y que tamaño le diste a cada punto. Ya hice la parte del cuadrado de 3700x3700 en CAD, y los cuadros pequeños. Muchas gracias por la información, y por el vídeo.
I define one module as 100 mm. Using 20%, 20 mm in the center as a mask. Make the total mask and try. If it is not easy to recognize using a QR code reader, increase it to 30%. So far, my QR code using 20% at last with version 5, 37x37 modules. One trick I am not sure you know it or not. When I use the hatch function, the total number of masks is too many, and AutoCAD often freezes. Then I first hatch a single unit, and insert it into the new file. Copy them using the array function. It works very well and very fast. Hope everything will be OK. good luck. Have a nice day.
