- - Use a feedback card to tags docs based on LLM answers
- Generate a new doc using “file” upload/tag with user’s question and LLM answer
- Use KB Upload API to add this newly created doc
- Use KB Query API with tags filtering
- Get the best chunk based on “validated” tag and highest score.
- Reduce token usage by avoid using LLM for validated answers
- Limit hallucinations and return same validated answers each time
NOTE: If you're getting a 404 error on the first KB Query call, it's most likely because you haven't created any tag yet. Be sure to create the needed tag(s) using the Tags API, more info here: developer.voiceflow.com/refer...

What if i just want to add tags inside the knowledge base for each specific chunks, how can i do that, so when user ask question the chunks that has the tags related to the question only filtered?
Your software is ALMOST perfect. You just need to have easy integration for Instagram, Facebook, etc.
How do I integrate voiceflow bot on messenger?
when i try this it returns "error 404" . i would really appreciate it if you could help me out
that is really interesting - love your integration. But you might come to a limit pretty soon if you generate one new txt file for each validated generated LLM answer. There must be another possibility so that you do not exceed the limit of 200 docs per knowledegebase. Can you change a txt doc and extend it for different topics which might be clustered by support or alarm or other topics which could be relevant instead?

Great idea! Unfortunately, an 404 error like the other comments. We don't have the option for the "Knowledge Base API" like in this video anymore (after the update?). We now only have one option to choose the API key under "integrations". Is this the reason for the error?
