I recently bought Hour Glass’ Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Tiger face palette and the Ambient Lighting Edit Universe Unlocked face palette, and I’m in heaven! The pink, rose, and copper satiny/shimmery blushes are to die for. Not to mention the finishing powders and highlighters! I need nothing more! 😃❤️❤️

I am LOOOVVING the Mitzah palette. I'm definitely using it every day .. way more than I expected. THe blush options are fantastic , jut go in with a fluffier brush for the darker shades. What I love the most about this palette is the overall final look is so ethereal. The shimmers are smooth and glowy on the eyes and cheeks. I'm using it more that my CT and Hourglass face palettes now.

Just bought the red pallet. It was all they had left. But I would have chosen it anyway. Been leaning more toward pink/mauve/ lately. I already have a lot of peachy terracotta shades. Glad I got it since they are not being made anymore. My skin is not dark as yours now but I get pretty dark in the summer. This is my first Chanel purchase; and probably my last; but I am super excited! The mauvy plum shades are def very appealing to me. Super excited to get it. I really hope it is worth the money. It is way more than I usually spend. Love your videos. 💜

@Alicia Archer I have a shmooshed LE lipstick as well. Shmooshed and snapped. I was not careful with it. I was checking out some of the Chanel lipsticks this morning and they have a try it on filter that is so fun. I took out a bunch of lipsticks to keep at my desk so that I won't buy them.😇

This pallet is most definitely on my radar and will pick it up next month but will purchase the lighter one first and will have a person at the Chanel counter at Nordy’s apply them to my face to get an idea how they would look on me. I’m a person of color but a shade darker than you but when you applied them I learned than the pallets are a wash of color and not an intense amount of color when first applied. Thank you so much for what you do; I always learn so much when I watch your channel. ❤

Then nonchalantly said “oh is she American?” “That will be available in American” and were dumbfound when I said they are available in Europe too. Some of the lux makeup brands are super weird about there releases, do you want to have sales or not?

I talked myself out of it… then came the Chanel! I was told that other creators thought that this was patchier than Chanel’s older blush formula, but I haven’t used their blush in ages 🤷🏽♀️ Just wanted to put that out there, since I don’t review a ton of Chanel. I do have their 9-Colour palettes and those are fantastic!
@@aliciaarcher Sometimes I feel some creators takes things a bit too seriously. So you have to stroke an extra time? Okay- stroke. It’s makeup, it’s imperfect, it’s creative, it’s how you see it! I love how thorough you are and honest- one never feels as if you have ulterior motives. I have far more C blushes than I’ll use- mostly older ones and when I wear them I always get complemented but more than that- they still perform. I may have to use an extra stroke but the outcome is beautiful! I have the neutral 9 pan and love it also! YOU are Amazing! Keep it up!
I'm new and I've really been enjoying your Channel, I love how in-depth you go with things not just talkin about the quality of the product but seeing the Creator's vision I really love that! The two face palettes I feel are really really similar. Though pretty idt they are worth 90 bucks. I feel a similar effect could be achieved with something a quarter of the price. Just my opinion. Off topic here but wanted to ask if you could review a Shiseido HANATSUBAKI HAKE Polishing face brush. I just bought one, never thought I’d like it but I think it’s the best one ever to apply a liquid foundation! Let's see if I can help you pronounce them: Tendresse: ten (do not pronounce the n) dress ( yes I wrote dress, that simple but the r at the back of of the throat.) The way you pronounce it with the e at the end is more Italian. Charactere: ca rac tair (do not pronounce the e) here is a good rule, some exceptions of course 🤣 but usually, in French words, do NOT pronounce the last letter I.e. blanc, pronounce blan. I was told that other creators thought that this was patchier than Chanel’s older blush formula, but I haven’t used their blush in ages 🤷🏽♀️ Just wanted to put that out there, since I don’t review a ton of Chanel. I do have their 9-Colour palettes and those are fantastic!
@@aliciaarcher Sometimes I feel some creators takes things a bit too seriously. So you have to stroke an extra time? Okay- stroke. It’s makeup, it’s imperfect, it’s creative, it’s how you see it! I love how thorough you are and honest- one never feels as if you have ulterior motives. I have far more C blushes than I’ll use- mostly older ones and when I wear them I always get complemented but more than that- they still perform. I may have to use an extra stroke but the outcome is beautiful! I have the neutral 9 pan and love it also! YOU are Amazing! Keep it up!

I'm new and I've really been enjoying your Channel, I love how in-depth you go with things not just talkin about the quality of the product but seeing the Creator's vision I really love that! The two face palettes I feel are really really similar. Though pretty idt they are worth 90 bucks. I feel a similar effect could be achieved with something a quarter of the price. Just my opinion. But again love ur channel. I really liked that Natasha Denona Metropolis review as well

Off topic here but wanted to ask if you could review a Shiseido HANATSUBAKI HAKE Polishing face brush. I just bought one, never thought I’d like it but I think it’s the best one ever to apply a liquid foundation! Have all the Rehr, Sonia G, Wayne Goss and many other amazing brands and none come even close.

I blew my makeup budget on the sublimage foundation. I think they had an age market in mind, and it wasn't 20 year olds.
My skin likes it. It does have a fragrance but not as parfum
The parfum is what’s keeping me away from their foundations, but perhaps that’s a good thing 😅💸

Then maybe I’m not a great judge on the formula, since I haven’t kept up with the change. I thought they looked good on me, but perhaps my perspective is skewed because I haven’t tried the older formula 🤷🏽♀️

If you don't pronounce the sound "ay" as in jay at the end of each word, I'd say you are pretty good with your French ;)
Let's see if I can help you pronounce them: Tendresse: ten (do not pronounce the n) dress ( yes I wrote dress, that simple but the r at the back of of the throat.) The way you pronounce it with the e at the end is more Italian. Charactere: ca rac tair (do not pronounce the e) here is a good rule, some exceptions of course 🤣 but usually, in French words, do NOT pronounce the last letter I.e. blanc, pronounce blan. If you would like some quick French Pronounciation lessons, I'm you French Canadian gal 🤗😍😘💖😘💖
