Skip basically just called Jeanie out and called her weak. Saying that she is weak! and is probably going to make the same weak moves like she's always done. As a Lakers fan, I'm all for it. Ever since she had her weird partnership with Magic as the GM/brother for life, there has been way too many ppl running the Lakers. It's not Showtime anymore but rather a Sh*tshow. The one ring that the Lakers won was during the beginning of the pandemic and the end of the regular season, where the oldest superstar in the league got to take a break and the most brittle "star" got to rest for 2-3 months. Hey kudos to them, but what makes a great organization is to always have a clear vision, never putting a single player above the team, and not mortgaging your whole future for that player. They never did that for Jordan, Shaq, or Kobe. I don't understand why Lebron is an exception. We always had the greatest superstars play for us but they were NEVER bigger than the brand of Lakers. EVER. Not Magic, Kobe, Kareem, Shaq, etc. Jeanie made a weak move by thinking Lebron is worth sacrificing all that.
