It's not a crime to buy used records. It's crime to make a copy and sell it without license. Or also posting it on UA-cam for profit (without permition). What I believe this channel is not profiting on UA-cam, because it would be deleted very fast. Be lucky you can hear those songs and don't be jealeous. You don't have to own everything.
It might be promo version which was originally sent to radio stations for example. "Not for sale" is usually mentioned on promo CD/LP etc. because they were not meant to be widely distributed.
@@Yooku This particular record actually is a promo version. It's mentioned on the record itself in the upper left corner. I don't know Italian, but I still understood the word "promo", as in "promotional".
