Govt. of India should provide Ration and Stipend to all 5 NSCNs groups that signed Ceasefire Agreement with GOI till a permanent solution is arrived.
Let the cadres both civil and military of 5 NSCN groups stay inside their respective designated camps.
This is the only way to keep the Indo-Naga talks moving forward.
The rest Naga factional groups should also be covered under SOO and kept controlled under CFMG Office.
Surprise thing is, None of the people from media side asked the Chairman of CFMG about the status of Indo-Naga talk!! 😂 funny local 'ss' journalists

Ration and stipend will encourage more of these hopeless and useless people in society to join the mafia groups. Even with the current tax and extortion, it's usually anti socials and uneducated that are joining and not the sensible and educated patroits.
And the status of Indo Naga talks is an area which the chairman is not mandated to speak on.
