      Please start putting disclaimers at the start of your videos mentioning your impersonators in the comment section. I’m getting sick and tired of seeing these scammers impersonate youtubers in the comment section when i’m just trying to read genuine replies from other people who watch your videos. Hopefully that will deter them from spamming their nonsense under everyone’s comment.

      While I'm a huge fan of stock picking in retirement I make consistent profits with the aid of an expert.With years of investing with..My portfolio rises positively,I have made a few rather modest investments in individual companies. There are so many stocks going to rocket in the long run..I put $150k into some growth stocks with my Financial advisor/broker in control of my portfolio Hovik Morten...some of my picks are,NNDM, NVR, LISP.SW , SEB ,DOWJ, BRK-A, AAPL, NYSE, NASDAQ, TSLA, I've gotten 88% on returns so far this year(getting my portfolio at $2million),I'll keep holding to see where it goes.

I’ll take my chances on high growth stocks like NASDAQ:VRTX,NYSE:BRK-A,SHLL, NYSE:USB..And so far I've gotten a 120% increase this year but hopefully I’ll get to $2million from investing with Hovik

      Honestly, I think it's only a matter of time before some UA-camr or other social media personality with a bunch of viewers lands in huge hot water with the SEC. It wouldn't surprise me at all if CNBC or other financial media decide to start attacking their competition by questioning their ethics for heavily promoting stocks after they've bought them already. Penny stocks especially can be moved by youtubers/etc. with enough viewers who will buy any stock that person recommends.

    I’ve made 80,000 on ticker symbol OZSC... it’s a green energy company. Looking to become the amazon of green components for the world market
    Q: Why are the company’s financials in their SEC filings so poor if the company is this big?
    A: Keep in mind that the most recent financials filed by the company were on November 23, 2020, and only cover the quarter from July 1, 2020 through September 30, 2020. Further, keep in mind that the acquisition of PCTI was only completed in June 2020, and that the company was near bankruptcy when Brian Conway took over in February 2020. Any financials prior to Q3 2020 do not even cover the company before it acquired PCTI and pivoted into the energy sector. You are looking at a completely different company with a completely different set of management!
    Would you judge the City of New Orleans in the present day based on how it looked after Hurricane Katrina?
    In just four months, since the last quarterly financial period covered in the company’s SEC filings, the following events have occurred:
    1) The company has changed names and sectors from surgical to energy;
    2) The company has created a new subsidiary, Ozop Energy Systems;
    3) The company has hired two new heads of business development, one for PCTI and one for their new subsidiary, Ozop Energy Systems;
    4) The company has hired a consultant, Talva Energy;
    5) The company has entered into a deal with PPP India, projected to be worth 124m over 5 years;
    6) The company has entered into a deal with SPBES. The projected revenue for this deal ranges from 2.7m - 7.8m per year minimum;
    7) The company entered into a Master Supply Agreement with WESCO to sell their entire catalogue of renewable energy products;
    8) The company entered into a co-development partnership with Zeem Solutions to enter the EV charging market for fleet vehicles

    I have one rec that is technically health care, but you can put into your real estate bucket: Alexandria Real Estate Equities (ARE). They own life sciences and biotech "pods," in Seattle, Bay Area, Boston, and Research Triangle NC. Just be the landlord to all the most innovative new healthcare ventures and their labs. I like to use mid and large-cap reits in a similar way as an etf, since they have highly diversified tenants. Realty Income and Store Capital have 1,000's of tenants in 100's of industries. It's better than a retail sector etf. Less risk, higher dividend, and internally managed for free.
    I also suggest filling out the real estate bucket a bit more: American Tower, Digital Realty, Prologis, are all good places to start.

    Thanks for all the great content. Your approach and rational to investing is really helping me keep a steady hand with my investing decisions. Regarding your overall portfolio, i have notice that with your adjustments your overall yield keeps decreasing. Given that the goal of this account is passive income, are you planning to transfer into higher yielding investments in the future, or (to use a term from Warren Buffet) are you just loading up on your “generals” with the goal of having the shear weight of the investment generate income regardless of yield? Thanks again and keep up the good work.

    Hey Joseph, I’m glad your investing into the gaming sector now, excited to see how that investment develops and to hear your thoughts along the way. I am curious though, what made you choose ESPO vs. other gaming etfs, such as GAMR, HERO, NERD, etc.? Or why not a combination of a few? Interested to see your research comparison and what helped you make a decisive choice, I’m torn between ESPO vs. GAMR, mainly due to their difference in holdings 25 vs 95 respectively.

    You weren't being criticized about AAPL because it was at an all time high. You were criticized because it doesn't meet your investment "goals". You have EARNED NOTHING from AAPL (with the exception of it's tiny dividend), conversely you haven't LOST ANYTHING either as those two things ONLY TAKE PLACE WHEN YOU SELL THE STOCK. The dividends you gave up to get that "$9,000 gain" (which you won't realize until you sell and you at this moment have no gain or loss) to buy something that you are clearly enamored with is what you were criticized for. Also that dividend that you lost (and are continuing to lose out on)...it is compounding EVERY QUARTER, so you have hurt yourself for multiple quarters now in what is supposed to be a "passive income" account by convincing yourself you have "gains" when you have nothing but what is on paper while accepting a very tiny passive income for a MUCH GREATER passive income so you can tell yourself you have capital gains (that you don't have because you haven't sold the stock) that you haven't realized yet.
    To compound that, you have now sold Verizon. In addition you held the weaker telecom company because you like the subscription model that you hope comes to fruition in ONE SEGMENT of that telecom, have you even looked at the other portions of AT&T? Seen what headwinds the company is fighting? You bought Texas Roadhouse...it's at 102+ p/e with ZERO "passive income" (frozen dividend) and it's a restaurant in the middle of a pandemic and states locked down...i don't even know what to say, good luck with that.
    So you want "growth" but you also own utilities, to be honest i think you should probably change your focus to a "growth" portfolio because you keep eschewing what would create a "passive income" portfolio for "growth" stocks even to the point of buying stocks that are not paying "passive income" at all. That is ok, it's your money and you do you and i wish you luck with that.

    I have 3 stocks that you might want to look into: Intel (great value play and dividend player, increased dividend 5% even now they are doing "so poorly"), VF Corp (48 years of dividend growth, now new growth is coming from their brands expanding in Asia (china)), Flow Traders (traded in Amsterdam, don't confuse this with the american flow traders :D)(this could be a great hedge position, they make a return of 3-8% in normal years, slightly growing, but in times of market volatility you can expect >30% returns on this one and they pay half of it out in dividends)
