Got this stick 2 weeks ago, absolutely love it. Shoots really hard and love the puck feel. Im a forward btw and usually i have used a low kick point and this is my first high kick point stick. I love it. Its release is quick with an added hard shot
Glad you like it! Sometimes it's hard to branch off and try something new, especially when it comes to sticks and kick points. It can really work out in our favor though when we do!! Brandon at IW Hockey
so as a defensemen, i've been figuring out what stick i should purchase next . Currently i use a trigger 4 and like to use my one timer but also try to get the puck on net as quick as possible with a snap shot mostly off faceoffs which is why like lower kick points and i've a lot of pro d-man are switching to lower kick points for example the flylite is bauers most used stick among defensemen in the NHL, however this, the ft3 and the flylite, seem to be good for any shot, and my next sticks I am considering buying are the trigger 5 this October, the ft3, or a flylite, and possibly this or the nexus geo depending on if it is a good all around twig , i've never liked the idea of using a high kick point because i feel like a heavier stick takes more time to load a good shot and i have always liked the feel of ribcors i have used 4 in my career and i love them and i use slapshots a lot which people find weird because i use a low kick stick, but my coach is planning on using me for a lot of one timers so i was wondering if i should switch kick points due to that and which out of the listed should i get next and if a kick point determines that decision?
i use the trigger 4 as well, i find it great for all shots. probably gonna try out the ft3 and trigger 5 when they come out, can't really go wrong with any of those
For you I think you’ll benefit the best from a mid kick/ hybrid kick point due to the fact that you take both slap shots and wrist shots. The Bauer nexus 2n pro or ft3 pro would bring power in snapshots without sacrificing quick release shots. The ft3 pro releases quicker than the nexus btw
I've gotta say, I think Chris and Kai nailed it. You should give the hybrid-style sticks (Bauer Nexus or CCM JetSpeed) that provide an excellent balance between a quick release and hard shot power! Chase at IW Hockey
dont waste ur money, last year i bought the supreme ADV and broke within the next 2 months this year I gave bauer another chance and got the ultra sonic and the same thing happened again
I always go for the one under the top of the line. Right now I have been using the 3s pro and 3n pro for about 6 months now. They have some chips but nothing major.
Is the Ultrasonic a big upgrade from the 2s Pro? Besides that they moved the kick point I love the 2s Pro do you think that I would like the Ultrasonic and would I be able to get the slapshot I have with the 2s Pro?
I would say the nexus geo is better for forwards, but I’m a wing and I use the ultrasonic. Both sticks in my opinion are good for snapshots and wrist shots, but if your a slap shot guy then definitely go with the ultrasonic.
Hello, i am a forward, winger. I adored the 1xlite for the control. I am a fast skater, I use alot of edgework and changing directions I dish alot of passes, backhand saucers. My shot is the wrister, I like the Quick loadup from vapor but from times I feel there isn't enough whip. And I like the backhand top shelf to deke the goaler. Alot of quick pivots in tight. I tried the Nexus 2N I hated it. For some sort of reason I think the new ultrasonic I could benefit. I am hesitating to stay on vapor line and go with the new flylite.
Hey chase I’m a forward that takes a lot of quick release shots. I really like the feel of the ultrasonic but don’t like that it’s meant for powerful shots. I also love the blade core but also don’t like the fact that it stores energy. Should I stick with a low kick or go with the supreme?
@Ice Warehourse Yo Brandon and Chase I just got my Bauer Supreme Ultra Sonic Stick today. I was choosing between the Bauer nexus 2n pro and the ultra sonic. Which is a better stick, and which has a better feel?
Hey! It really is subjective when it comes to personal feel and which stick is better because everyone is different. The Ultrasonic really is a game-changer though and you picked up one of the most advanced sticks on the market! I mean it is featherlight and produces significant shot power without the long load time which is incredible. Brandon at IW Hockey
Going with a lower flex based on the kick point will allow you to more effectively load up the stick, so I would definitely give that a shot! Chase at IW Hockey
I have a true Ax9. And I love it a lot. But I’m looking for a good backup Stick for myself (and I’m fine with whatever price the sticks costs). I’m someone who likes to stick handle a lot. But I always feel that the blades of the sticks are always just too soft for me. What stick would you recommend for me? Thank you. God bless.
Have you tried something like the Bauer Vapor or the CCM JetSpeed sticks? It sounds like it suits your shot release and blade feel needs! Chase at IW Hockey
Haven’t experimented with Bauer twigs too much yet but went from using Ribcors to Super Tacks. I highly recommend the Super Tacks if you’re looking for a stiff blade.
I’m a smaller forward and I don’t take a ton on slap shots and my main shot is a snapshot, I like the quick release but I really wanna try this but I also want the fly lite, but the fly lite doesn’t have the speed increasement like the supreme does. What do you think I should get?
How do you like the 2X Team and have you tried the Nexus Line yet? I think that would be a better stick to try than Supreme since it does offer more power but it won't sacrifice as much quickness. Chase at IW Hockey
i have a flylite and i’m not a fan of the feel of the puck on the blade, i feel like i’ve lost control compared to when i had my old 2s pro. does the ultrasonic blade have the same feel as the flylite or should i just get another 2s?
The Vapor Line has the stiffest, most pingy blade feel while the Supreme is the complete opposite, which is soft and dampened. You might want to switch back to Supreme! Chase at IW Hockey
If you prefer shot power over a speedy release, go with the Ultrasonic! If you want maximum versatility (aka a quick release), go with the FT3 Pro. Chase at IW Hockey

Depends on playstyle
Chase, what is the blade pattern of that stick you are holding in this video? P14 or p28?
99% sure it was a P28!

Bauer 3s pro vs Ultra sonic stick? Which has a better feel? Which is a better stick?
Ultrasonic is a better stick
Is this the best stick on the market in your opinion?

Tbh I’d go for a nexus for that medium between supreme and vapor
I think @stnly07 nailed it, Nexus is the ultimate versatility stick for a hard yet quick shot release.

this for sure i am a forward and defense and this is just a great stick for those hard slap shots and snapshots

Ultrasonic for top level performance but the 3S Pro is the better choice if you are on a budget.
