I laughed so hard at Hayley and Cameron’s reaction to you saying you were hungry 😂... and your reaction to being scolded 😂.... You guys are kind, wise and working those booties off. So much love and respect for you all.
That speech you gave at that conference was inspiring.
As a guy it feels isolating to not be into traditional fitness and then added on, i have struggled with binge eating and bulimia for the past 4 years and i have self harm scars so no one in fitness looks like me. It makes me feel self conscious, but i feel less isolated seeing bigger bodies in your videos. Yes i still hide away at home alone to do it and yes i still struggle with my mental health, but these dances/workouts give me an outlet for emotions that used to result in binges or self harm. Its not a cure all for sure but its a helpful step to get to a better place.

Have you ever thought about writing a book. Maybe something like you & your backup booties favorite recipes healthy or not . You could add funny stories, as well as ones that have touched your heart. I realize that you're busy, so you can always dictate it & then have someone transcribe it. You can self-publish most ebooks now through Amazon or Barnes and Noble. Offer it to your booty army at 25% discount before it goes on open sale. It's something to think about.
