NDC have not won case in any of the courts since 2016. Last week’s case was just to direct the parties back to the High Court for both sides to be heard. For that to happen all recollation must revert back to the original collation. That was not a win, just a correction of an anormally! Now NDC must appeal against today’s decision and continue to the highest court in the land! All those Akufo Addo judges must be retained to sit in trial of all the Akufo Sfdo crooks who will be brought to same courts soon!
has any dishonest case gone in favour of ndc? even the ordinary person on the street sees lack of common sense in all the judgements that favour npp. if not stupidityy, why entertain this case in court in the first place? the EC has already performed its mandatory obligation! all the seats have been declared already by the EC themselves

It's mind boggling, election has been done, votes counted and you're sure you've won. What fear do you have if the looser is requesting for a recount of the ballots? We preach accountability and transparent, so why waste Ghanaians time? Go and recount the votes and declare the results what is the big deal?
