- After the Goa Police failed to arrest Former RSS Goa Chief, despite the Court directions, Subhash Velingkar filed for anticipatory bail in the Panjim Bench of the Bombay High Court, for his unwarranted remarks against St Francis Xavier. Adv Saresh D Lotlikar through Adv Rohan Desai filed the anticipatory bail application of Velingkar in the High Court. The batter has been fixed hearing at 10 am, Thursday, October 10.
