Izzy Hendershot please explain where I am tending my hand. There is no way you can tell just watching this video. Same with the jow.

Respect, i wanna ask you if you using dit dar herbs or not, if the dit dar herbs are not easy to get what is the replacement to conditioning without hurting or damage the nerves? Thanks

Mohamed Ismael Hi yes I do use jow when I do iron palm and iron body conditioning. If you do not have access to herbs to make jow then make sure you are doing Zhan Zhuang after you do the iron palm and iron body conditioning. Iron palm uses impact conditioning to change the hands. This compressed the tissues of the hands and can cause blood to pool and or cause to much tension in the hands to build up. Doing Zhan Zhuang - Standing Stake will open up and relax the tissues of the hands and let your body recover more efficiently.
