The "incite" part comes in when cops have a preconceived concept of the call, heavily biased to the caller. A presumption that the complaint is proper and valid. WRONG! I believe that for James and other expert auditors, a PERFECT audit would be when the auditor proceeds unmolested, and leaves with no authorities ,or wasted resources. They're preconceived notion is the opposite - "auditors always look for trouble!" when in-fact, an A+ result is what they're really seeking. The "incite" part? The cop is soliciting acrimony, potentially creating a disturbance, trying to elicit a complaint. Escalation. Definitely worthy of reporting to IA, and reporting misuse of 9-1-1, perhaps.
How would they react if the local legacy media walked in with cameras and a microphone? "It's OK if our government has cameras everywhere...you on the other hand private citizen...."

I hear officers say that in so many videos and the auditor never says anything to them about it. They need to be called out on that. They should tell them exactly what you said. That you have a right to do this. And you're well within your rights. Excellent job T.T. thank you brother. Always professional and you always follow up and always do what you say you're going to do. That's one thing about some other auditors. Not all but some. They say they're going to revisit a place or follow up with a situation and we never hear a word qbout it again. I understand things happen sometimes and a revisit or some follow up might not be able to be done but every time you have said you are going 5o follow up or revisit something......you do exactly that. Thank you and worry for writing another book like usual. Lol.
I've seen a lot of auditor videos myself. Here is what I think is needed more and more now: We should have a company or an organization to back up auditors! The auditors should be allowed to do what they do best, be out there in the field, and check and confront (when its necessary). But then the raw video material should be sent to this company so that they could take over from there. Like, editing the video, follow up with FOIE, complaints, lawsuits, media, exposing, etc. The finished video should be returned to the auditor for publishing on their own social media. But a short could be published on the company's social media. Kind of like a central. And then with links to the auditors social media and vica versa. The company could be financed with the lawsuits that are won, but at least 10% should go to the auditor. And 20% to victims in that area, and/or to instigate changes in that area. Right now, its just too much work for each of the auditors to do all of this themselves. It keeps them away from being out there on the field!

I hate when they say you are inciting. You are simply recording the reactions. You do nothing to cause their reactions. This is the persons responsibility interacting with the guy in the lobby with a camera. But the one officer apologized which is huge credit.
That's the way they respond to a man with a camera exercising his right to record in public not realising that the rights they're attempting to infringe are also their rights. Those two clowns in uniform should be sweeping the streets, duplicitous liars. A great video!
