I think that it has a really dark side; first, you need to maintain your teeth health, or not, you'll get them off before the time due. Then, you can't eat chicken curry or any popcorn, or tea and coffee, very often cause they can stain your teeth. I tried to get rid of them with strawberry and salt, a slight difference after almost a month doing so.
So, it is a pain in the arse wearing braces. Maybe you're a beginner braces wearer, but after half a year passed, you'll get really hysterical about it, and your mother will jab at you for making the decision of wearing it at the first place, so contain yourself from making any complaints...
I really can't wait to get mine off two years more (it is a 3 years agony...well, beauty is a pain💖)

But it’s not that bad because braces aren’t all that bad.

I’m so sad😭. It’s been 9 weeks and my mum still hasn’t met my newborn son. I gave birth alone too. It’s been a hard time for me but I found happiness in starting my family channel with my 2 kids and I really love it. Find something that makes you happy too😘🥰

I can’t wait to get mine on! I have perfect teeth but I have an overbite :(( I think I needs bands to aha. Any tips?
You will have hooks on your braces to hold the bands, I have 8 on each side. The hooks might give you blisters so use wax. Make sure you take pain medicine before you get them on, but the main thing is every night swish with some salt water for a minute and it makes the biggest difference ever! I was only sore for two days but it is the worst at night and when you wake up. You should definitely get a water pick because after every meal you will have stuff stuck in your teeth so it takes about 10 minutes to get it out with normal cleaning stuff like proxy brush and floss but it takes less than a minute to use a WaterPik it is so nice and there are some cheap ones on amazon. The salt water rinses make the biggest difference though they help toughen up your gums so they don’t hurt at all. Overall don’t worry they are not as bad as people say so don’t worry and getting them on is not bad at all! I hoped this helps!
