They should be using SAND, ROCKS as a fill, then the mud..and they need a roller compactor. Need heavier dozer this one is to light to compact the soil down.
Does this remind anybody else of the game called Frogger? I think the only safe thing on this video was the drones. Can’t even watch this there’s too many near fatal accidents 😮
Using small bulldozer in filling works is a nonsense idea in the construction industry. You save the rental cost but how about the extra time needed to finish the project.

hope the firm contracting the ground supervisor has lots of insurance , To cover all damage to any equipment he directed on the bad land fill.
