Jacob Wheeler is one of my biggest influences. Day in and day out I strive to be like this man on and off the water. He is such an intelligent angler and just a very down to earth guy. Super glad I am able to follow him on his journey to greatness on the Bass Spro Tour!!
A true professional! Not just while holding up the championship trophy but day in and day out. You represent yourself, family, co-anglers and the sport with integrity, respect and responsibly. Great family and Christian values. Hardworking, positive attitude, takes responsibility, mentally tough, overcome difficulties, adaptability, confidence, consistent and CHARACTER. Great role model!
As a "Ole Jarhead Texan", who first wet a hook in 50/51, I got a year or so on you. I enjoy watching you & defoe. Different young men, different styles, but I enjoy both of your abilities & passion. God bless. PS: Beautiful family.
Bought a Triton TRX189 this afternoon almost entirely because of how much you make me want to go get on the water more often Jacob / Brody. Can't wait for next season JACOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks Jacob. I have really enjoyed watching your videos over this season and I can truly say I'm a new JW fan. Great to see you, MDJ & DC and the way you guys interact with each other. Like seeing baby Wheeler also. She's going to be a mess by the time next season starts. Enjoy some down time.
That body of water looked good, its crazy that where the fish should have been, were not there. That's Bass fishing though, always learning out there. Great job J! Love these Vlogs. 👊🏼🥋🙏🏼 28:35 FACTS!!
You wife is a saint being there that early with your daughter. Says a lot. Love your vids... they are all good, just be you and don't get caught up in the rush to be "professional".. The more down to earth the better.
Wow. What a year you had. Which made it a good for us who follow you.. Couldn't wait for each video to come out. You are a fantastic person and deserve a DING yourself. You inspire us to become better whether it is fishing, friendship, family, etc! Looking forward to next year. Safe travels from Central New York. P.s great job Brodie and say hello to Ted.
Sensational year mate, can't wait for the next. No body can win every single time but you are going to be at the pointy end a lot, I can tell! Good luck.
Always good to follow a fellow Hoosier. I know you do not live in Indy now but you are still a Hoosier. Good luck in the future. I am definitely a JW fan.
Really enjoyed the video! You guys get me in trouble at work sometimes cheering on the live score tracker but I forgive you for that! Love your channel and love following and cheering you, MDJ, and DC on! Look forward to what you do in the future!
Great season wheels. You accomplished a lot and I think even learn more. Hopefully one day they host a bpt event in Ontario. Like long point inner bay would produce great weights and good strategy. With your skill sets it would be triple DING!!!
Jacob i gotta say man thank you! your videos have really motivated me to get back out there and fish. Watching your videos over the past year have really sparked my passion again and I really cant say anything more than thank you so much! I'll be picking up some of your rods when I can ! thanks again brother!
Live in WI real close to Winnebago actually have always wanted to be pro bass guy since I was a kid. It's awesome to see a pro tourney so close to home. We have a lot of walleye stuff but bass is limited. If you guys come back this way I will for sure be out to check it out!
Indy supports you Jacob Greenwood in particular. Not that it will ever happen but would be cool if MLF came to Lake Monroe. But would also be cool to see you guys fish Falcon Lake in Zapatta, Texas. But great video and really enjoyed following along with you in your journey and thanks for all the time and effort put in by everyone for the you tube videos.
Congratulations on an incredible year Jacob. Keep up the hard work. Love seeing role models like you for our younger generation of outdoorsman. Best of luck to you in the future and I’ll definitely be keeping up with the channel. God Bless!
Jacob, you seem like a genuinely great Man and role model for people young and old. If you're ever in the Pacific Northwest specifically Oregon and want to go Chinook Salmon or Steelhead fishing I can put you and whomever on em. Either by boat or off of land whatever you prefer. It's a genuine offer, just send me a message if so inclined. What a great season you had on tour, congratulations!!!!
I really enjoy these series and the tournament format. You and your team do a great job of documenting the highs and lows of competitive fishing. I fished tourney locally from age 13 to 24, paid for my boat and am able to relive some of those times watching these vlogs. Thank you
You are by far one of my favorite professional fisherman to watch. I can tell that you absolutely love what you do and that speaks volumes. If you're ever on Kentucky lake, I really like to meet you. Much respect from western Kentucky.
Congratulations on a great year Jacob! I've learned a ton watching your videos. But I have to say, the biggest lesson I've learned is how important it is to keep that positive mind set when fishing is going the way you would like. Looking forward to following you and the team next year. Jarred
I'm only half way thru the video, but I gotta say the editing is sick. I like all the remapping stuff. Wish I would've caught u when u were in WI. I'm from Madison and am trying to grow my channel. A Jacob Wheeler cameo woulda been so dope.
You have to one of the most humble athletes I’ve watched in any sport your kind and you don’t mind spending time with your fans and that’s awesome. I’ve learned a lot from you, you have made me a better fisherman and I thank you I’m about to buy a complete rod set like yours those set ups are 🔥. Thanks for all you do in this sport and I’ll be watching every time a video drops. congrats on your year and next year will be a good one for you. Bless you and your family have a good one.
The scattershot approach always feels like your throwing 90 degrees to the fish and crossing their strike zone for a half a second. Tough way to fish, but you hung in there and went a long way considering your approach. I hope you enjoyed watching EE throw in the same spot and catch 30 fish in a row for the win.
I can't believe how pleasant you are when things aren't going your way! I would have broke a couple rods by now! I'm a huge fan, good luck next season!
Bro. My heart. I was so stoked for you and the fam for the road to Redcrest. You're legit my favorite angler. *YOU'RE THE REDCREST WINNER OF MY HEART JW*
Thanks for all the vids JDub! Dude your video editing is sick and the content is excellent. Great job with MLF and with building your own brand this year!
Man.... I have really enjoyed following you through this season. You are definitely my son ‘s and my favorite angler! We were pulling for you all the way!
What a great video. I just got a question about fishing crystal clear water. What should I do differently to change my catch ratio. I throw alot of crank baits. I change to fluro and still nothing.
It’s was so amazing watching u through out the year and learned a lot from u to better my fishing skills and trying different baits to use that work for all season.. thanks again for an amazing fishing run u had.. u always a top winner in my family
Good job to you and your crew always enjoy watching the videos :-) hopefully one day I can get a like LOL would love to see you come to High Rock again if you're ever in this area again need to come by Speedy's BBQ and I will hook you up on some authentic Lexington Style BBQ see what kind of rating I can get :-) last year you guys were in town on BBQ Festival. Can't wait to see some regular old fishing videos even if you're not in a tournament💯
Jacob I can see where all these Anglers are upset you're so jealous it's what you're winning so just keep pounding you doing a great job good fisherman
Thanks for all the videos this year. I really enjoyed watching them, Has definitely made me a Jacob Wheeler fan! Looking forward to next season for sure!!!
Thanks for all your videos. Love your attitude and how you treat your friends and your fans and the time you take for. The fans glad you got a family going you treat them right to
Hello and thank you for a great season. Looking forward for next one. Just a quick technical question; During RedCross, I see that you were doing most of the time some VERY fast retrieves. I was sometime very surprised that you were not very patient and if you didn’t get a bite on water contact, one or two second... and that’s it... fast retrieve to the boat and cast again. In some sequence, you could have done 5 to 6 cast PER Minutes. During your own video, you may have some fast forward action but I watch the recross on MLF Chanel and i saw the same. I saw you doing some really fast retrieve on frogs. Even in real life, frog are not swimming at 10 miles per hours. Your frog was going so fast on top water that I don’t think the bass realized that there was a frog up there. It look like the more pump up you are, the faster you retrieve . So, My question is; don’t you think sometime, slowing down your pace would payoff more? Ciao Guy from Montreal
Hi Jacob my name is Robert Vandenbranden I am a great fan . My son and myself are heading to lake eufaula in March what are your recommendations for lures that time of year. I am 70 years old and I am having the time of my life fishing with my son. Thanks again for your videos. If you get up this way look me up I live 1 mile from Lake Michigan.
I was wondering why no one puts a pack of plastic baits in there pocket. Rather than have to raise the middle deck evertime. Would it not be quicker to pull them from your pocket then have to raise the lid every time
Love your channel Bud! You had a great year! Enjoyed every bit of it! I was rooting for you and MDJ and DC all year! You guys are awesome! Looking forward to next year! Blessings my Friend!!😊😊😊👊👊👊
I love your game play to me I think if you would’ve used slower stuff you would’ve smashed them your still the best of the best GOODLUCK to you and your family cute kid. Lots of lob
Hey Jacob great job on the video! I was wondering if you could make a video on how you pratice for a tournament. Like how do you brake down a lake, or how much time do you spend in a spot before you determine if a spot is good or bad. And also how can one become a legend like you? 😂

Jerk bait worked out pretty well last year that time of the year 😂
Your boat is beautiful man
You did a great job on the series 👍. My hat is off to you, your family and your team for putting it together. Looking forward to what comes next 😊.
My pb is a 9.4 on Lake fork
Love you bro ♥️
Good stuff🎣I’m no one to say anything to you but man I feel a silver jerk bait would’ve done something. In my opinion!
Thanks for putting me in! it means a lot. I will be coming out with a redbreast video too!
Hey man, great season. Always excited to see the next vid!
Slow down Wheeler......that dang trolling motor was going 100 miles an hour...you missed em all!!!!
Have a great offseason with family! Love the vids! Loved watching the final video from Stage 7. Great way to win by thanking the Lord! Keep it up!
I was wondering why no one puts a pack of plastic baits in there pocket. Rather than have to raise the middle deck evertime. Would it not be quicker to pull them from your pocket then have to raise the lid every time

Sorry my

What buzz bait is that? I’ve learned a lot about fishing from watching you, Daniels, Connell, and the other guys.
