Yes. Apply glue on the top but leave the earpiece gap. You may apply around the earpiece speaker hole but leave the top. You can get a good idea about this looking at the glue lines of the removed display.
Could be few reasons, 1) Check whether you connected the fingerprint ribbon to the sub board 19:31 2) The fingerprint sensor or the window in the display could be dirty. In this case it's not fixable.
My glasscover broke, I'm thinking to change it my self, would you recommend to buy only the glass part or buy a replacement that includes a new lens as well. 😢 (The damaged part it's only the glass)
Even though the glass part separately available, I would recommend to buy the whole panel with the camera frame. These two parts tightly attached with reverted nails from the inside. I myself have failed to separate them in my previous attempt.
La pantalla sin marco es la más fácil y barata. Si eliges la pantalla con marco, tendrás que transferir la batería, la placa base y otras partes al nuevo marco.
I mean don't get me wrong I appreciate the video but I don't even know where to start looking for a glue remover tool let alone want to spend the money to buy one could you at least have told us what other options there are
Man what do you mean, if it's too complicated for you don't get mad at the guy explaining get mad at the company for making it hard or yourself for not having enough technical skills.

When you glue the new dysplay, do you put some glue on the top or nothing?

No. This was a broken display. So far I haven't seen the green line issue on OnePlus 12.

I mean I've got my Dremel can I use a Dremel just afraid around all that intricate stuff to be using them a Dremel on it to remove glue
A Dremel burrs might damage the structure specially the back panel. If available, use a thin tapered needle like I use in the video.
I mean don't get me wrong I appreciate the video but I don't even know where to start looking for a glue remover tool let alone want to spend the money to buy one could you at least have told us what other options there are
You'll receive a pentalobe screwdriver with the display package. This tool can be used to remove glue, with rotating motion along the glue lines.

Yes it's broken. Hopefully no other display issues to be concerned about 🤞
