Daniel Lockett It was fine at this power level, it was at stage 3 with bigger injectors when it let go. Given how hit and miss these engines are you really need to replace the pistons and rods with forged units to guarantee any sort reliability once you start tuning.
To be fair, forged internals aren't really required when running stage 3 figures, I myself was running 252 bhp on standard internals for 6 months before i took my car in for forged pistons/rods
Yeah, it does seem to come down to the individual engine, some fail more readily than others even with the same parts and tuner. Forged pistons and rods are the way forward though, shame it's such an expensive endeavour especially if your engine is damaged.

mrjordy512 My engine failed shortly after going stage 3 so the car has been put back to standard. I may go down this route again the future but not for the time being.
+Built By Stew - when you say your engine packed in, you mean it's completely blown the engine? Or is the car still in working nick when you put it back to standard? lol
these pops are cool for one drive, not for all time city driving tho
Nice man..How much boost you have? overboost and steady..?
From what I remember, peak boost was around 22-23psi
How is your mpg not moving if I drive mine like that I dear I would have lost at least 10 to 15 miles petrol
.....and then it went bang.

Maybe next time you should follow some proven tuning routes? :P Bigger injectors, forged internals? ;)

What was your experience with the kess unit you used? Recomendable?
How much bang map???
Is this with the bigger injectors on? Mapped by your Kess file?
This is with the stage 2 map on standard injectors
hi friend, where can you buy Map (pop+bang)?!
Russia club corsa opc
I bought it from here this company www.autoculturetuning.co.uk/
the price they are very big :(
thanks for the reply
signed up , will be able to make more videos , I will be looking forward to it )
Lots of pops but not very fast. My aero hot eats vxrs for lunch...
bang map = empty wallet heheh I prefer to cut mid silencer and provide a better air intake ;)
What did u ask for when u went and taken it for map m8
Abbie Rann just stage 2 with pop and bang
Built By Stew thank you m8
how do i get this map for my car sounds doss
Dale Mcgarry This was a generic stage 2 pop and bang map, any reputable tuner will be able do it
Outside video?
Unfortunately not mate
Built By Stew is it possible that someone can make one and you send it to me?

Yeah I bent rod number one, stage 3 was just a bit too much for it. I put a new engine in it and reverted back to standard
